Debra Stinchcomb, RN, BSN, CASC

Consultant, has 30 years of healthcare experience including clinical, administrative, operations and sales. She has held ASC Administrator, Assistant Regional Vice President, Regional Vice President and Director of Operations Preparation and Transition Management positions. Her responsibilities have included budget development/management, revenue/expense management, contract negation, licensing certification/accreditation compliance, marketing and risk management, quality improvement and benchmarking.

Debra is a Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Arizona, Tucson. She was a founder and first President of the Arkansas Ambulatory Surgery Association. She has been an AAAHC surveyor and currently participates as the Ambulatory Surgery Foundation representation on the Ambulatory Joint Commission PTAC. She served on the FASA Board and is Vice Chair of the Ambulatory Surgery Foundation Board.
